| Comments | Date Originally Purchased: 10/01/14 ,Date Installed: 10/16/14 Printer roughly has a value of $20,000 - Estimated $5,000 more or so to get everything in working condition. Asking $8,900.00 for the machine and any parts, ink and supplies we have to go along with it. Please see below for a list of parts and repairs we had done in the respective order; - 2 sub tank assemblies, 2 cap base assemblies, 1 wiper blade kit, RF Absorber Pad, 1 Liter Bottle Antifreeze were ordered for the below repairs. - The printer stopped working while in the middle of printing a 4x8 piece of material and threw a UV Lamp High 1,2 Error Message. - Removed water from lines and flushed them. Installed Rf Absorber Pad, wiper, cap base cleaned cooling fans for the LED PCB's. Reinstalled distilled water/antifreeze mixture and tried to run the job. - Updated Firmware from Version 1.70R5 to Ver2.8 - Troubleshoot Error System Halt (2)711:LED OVHT -Checked cooling water flow from pump, Primed Pump and removed any air from the lines. Checked physical temperature on UV Led boards front of boards 74 degrees back was 84 Degrees ,Large water jackets front temp at 91 left side and right side at 94degrees back temp left @ 131 degrees and 137 right side. - Possible parts that require replacement to repair this issue and Error Message follows All Cooling Lines ,Central IO PCB ,Uv LED PCB x2 , Radiator 120 - Other items to replace due to age of the machine Air Filters,ink filters ,Tube pump assemblies ,Led Glass assemblies PARTS STILL NEEDED TO COMPLETE SERVICE (Est. 5K for parts + the service call); - Gen 5 Head Assembly, Large Water Jacket, Heat Radiation Sheet. |
