2018 Kongsberg C64 with Loader and Stacker Automation (i-BF60 & i-MS60)

This Kongsberg C64 system with automation is a complete turnkey package with installation and training as well as the latest upgrades to the automation system. It is designed for fast and efficient cutting and creasing utilizing the automated loader and stacker for outstanding productivity with minimal operator intervention. The 126"x126" cutting bed with conveyor allows for wide or multiple sheets to be processed at the same time. Tools include the High Frequency VibraCut, V-notch toolkit, Heavy Duty package with Creasing Wheels, PressCut Knife tool, Rigid Material Knife tool. The integrated i-BF60 board feeder and i-MS60 board stacker turn this into a pallet-to-pallet workflow for the greatest efficiency.

This package also includes a new conveyor belt for the C64, and PMs on both the cutter and automation systems. The feeder and loader will be installed with upgraded vacuum system which includes a new vacuum generator and air prep unit. Also upgraded to current spec are the easy sliding arms for the feeder which include new compensators and suction cups.
